Description
Rent: £450 PCM
Bills package: £108 PCM
Council tax band: C
Single bedroom in a creative house share. We have two toilets, a washing machine/dryer and a garden, located in an ideal central Falmouth location minutes away from the town center and Woodlane campus.
We are a group of fun-loving, artistic, sociable friends who are seeking a fourth tenant to split rent with us.
We are an accepting and non-judgmental household consisting of three neurodiverse, LGBT women who are looking for someone like-minded to live with.
We are animal lovers who are planning to adopt a cat in the future, so if you have allergies this may not be a suitable house for you.
Available to both students and non-students (including WFH professionals)—we do not discriminate based on employment status. We urgently need a fourth housemate, so if the new tenant could move in ASAP that would be ideal.
Please inquire if you're interested or have any further questions.
