The flat is located on the main shopping street in central Falmouth. The rooms would be ideal for students attending Falmouth University as the Woodlane Campus is only 10 mins walk away. Alternatively the flat would suit professionals who want to live centrally in the town.

The flat features two good sized double rooms  which are well decorated and come fully furnished. There is a modern bathroom and kitchen plus a small dining/ social area situated on a corridor running between the bedrooms. The flat is rented with all bills included but exclusive of council tax which would be the new tenants responsibility. 

The rooms are on the top floor above a popular Falmouth music venue. As a result the flat is affected by noise from downstairs. However in most instances this is minimal as there is another story in-between the flat and the venue. Most events feature live music until 11 pm and recorded music until 12.
