Hi! I am looking to take over a tenancy for my room at the Carrick View Student Accommodation for Jan-July 2027, as I will be away during the Spring & Summer semesters of 2027.
You will be sharing a kitchen with 6 other students (one Master & 1st-year, one 2nd-year, and three final-year UG) from Falmouth University and the University of Exeter, who are all lovely and supportive. A cleaning schedule is already in place, and the shared space is well cared for.
You can decide to extend your stay based on your needs, since Carrick View also provides a Summer Stay option.
