Eco-artist's residence

I'm looking for preferably mature person (50's or 60's) but all considered. I would also consider a dog also. Preferably if they were working or other. In walking distance of Falmouth town, busses also available.
There is a large double bedroom, so if a couple, the rent would be more than specified.
I work from home so use my living room as my main working area.
I prefer no drinking in the house or very little. Full use of garden and
shared bathroom and kitchen.
Bills include half gas/ electricity/ water
