Large Self Contained Annex (Double Bed)

Private and self-contained Annex accommodation (with new double bed) in our large Victorian House at the fantastic location of Florence Terrace, FALMOUTH. The annex comprises a fully furnished (and recently painted and re-carpeted - even better than the photos in this Advert and a must see) room with double bed & ercol furniture, separate smart & modern kitchen (which includes new fridge/freezer & utensils), utility room and bathroom (comprising large bath as well as new shower). There is no Washing Machine but a very good Laundrette 2mins away; or put in your own washing machine.
The Annex has its own access via the back garden gate to the rear of the property.
Anyone who rents the annex will have free access to super fast BT Wi-Fi and the whole house when we are on holiday.
We are looking for a professional person or a mature student who is friendly, easy going and is prepared to look after and respect the property.
We are a family of four with two young girls aged 5 and 7 so there will be family noise around breakfast and dinner time.
The Annex is available from
Start May and we welcome viewings from mid April. It can be rented for a minimum of 1 WEEK (£negotiable) or by the month (£650 per month...may be negotiable). No minimum let. Also willing to discuss any requests and ANYONE WANTING IT JUST MONDAY to FRIDAY will also GET REDUCED RATES.

We will require a deposit which will be returned when you leave, provided there is no damage.
