The room has an ensuite shower and separate toilet as well as a walk-in wardrobe. The room is furnished, with a king-size bed, sofa and central heating.

There is fibre broadband in the property, and you would share a kitchen with the landlady and a cat.

You would have use of the basement and the large sunny garden. There is off-road parking.

All bills are included.

I run my own business and work from home, but am away quite a lot. I am looking for a professional (preferably not working from home) who is willing to give some affection to the house cat and feed it when I'm away, when you'd also have use of the living room.
