The room is a medium size, has a single bed, built in storage shelves, and with views over the Penryn river . The semi-detached house has a large garden and terraces. The lodger has use of the shared and spacious open-plan kitchen/dining room for cooking and eating.
The additional sitting room is for the landlord, so as to maintain some privacy.

The bathroom is shared,, and is downstairs.

Looking for a quiet, amenable student, who will look after their room and respect; the house. the other lodger, and the part-time live-in landlord.
