Two en-suite rooms are available in a characterful historic flat in the centre of Fowey.

The flat is spread across the first and second floors of the building, with a café on the ground floor accessed separately. There are four bedrooms in total, and the house has a really nice balance of shared space and privacy.

Both available rooms are furnished and have their own en-suite bathrooms. There is a well-equipped shared kitchen with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, as well as a comfortable lounge with a TV and a separate lounge/dining room. One of the other rooms has its own private kitchen and washing machine, so in practice the main kitchen is shared by fewer people. There is a free car park a 10-minute walk up the hill.

All bills are included, along with fibre broadband throughout the flat.

It’s a lovely place to live for someone looking to make the most of Fowey and the surrounding area. You’ve got coastal walks, sea swimming, sailing, kayaking, fishing and some brilliant pubs, cafés and restaurants all within easy reach.

We’re looking for two considerate, friendly and reliable housemates who would like to make Fowey their home for at least a year. The current housemates are a 30-year-old who works at Imerys and has lived here for four years, and a 28-year-old who has recently moved in and works as a counsellor.
