We're looking for a new housemate to join our shared home in Goonhavern. As we are two women we are ideally looking to share with another girl, queer or enby.

- Good-sized double bedroom
- Available furnished or unfurnished (we've got plenty of furniture if you'd like it, or you're welcome to bring your own)

💰 Costs

- Rent: £475pcm
- Bills: Usually around £225pcm, so approximately £700 all in

🏠 The house

- Bathroom with a shower and corner bath (only shared with one other person)
- Additional downstairs toilet
- Spare room with a desk for working from home, plus a bed for visiting family or friends
- Spacious kitchen and living areas
- Washing machine and tumble dryer
- Driveway parking
- Garage for storage
- Back garden with planters, a garden shed and a Lazy Spa 🌿🫧

👋 About us
There are currently two of us living here. One works from home full-time and the other works from home part of the week.

We're a relaxed, neurodiverse household and are looking for someone who's easy-going, respectful and wants a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. Everyone has their own space, but we're always happy for a chat or the occasional shared meal. We're also looking at getting a weekly cleaner to help keep the communal areas on top form.

🐈 Pets
We have three cats, so unfortunately we can't take any more cats or dogs. Small pets that stay in your room (snakes, reptiles, etc.) would be considered.
