Double room in quiet village with friendly couple

We are a friendly and calm couple with a spare room in a quiet village close to the coast. We’re looking for an easy going and tidy lodger who likes dogs.

* Sunny double bedroom available
* Main use of the bathroom which is only shared with the occasional guest
* Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer
* Ottoman bed for storage
* Allocated space in the linen cupboard and kitchen
* Some garage space can be negotiated for storage of a bike/surfboard or similar outdoor equipment
* Garden
* All bills included

A bit about us. I am a landscaper and Abi is a support worker and counsellor. When we aren’t working we spend a lot of time outdoors. We are a blend of sociable and introverted so this is perfect for someone that enjoys a good chat and getting to know people but also appreciates quiet time and their own space. We have friendly dogs regularly visiting and a lovely rescue who is nervous at first but she loves fuss and playtime with people that take the time to get to know her.
