Long-term room to let in Cornwalll

I have to offer a spare room in my home in Cornwall, just half a mile from the sea with views over St Ives Bay.
Ideally looking for a long-term arrangement on a monthly let basis, I have hosted carers in the past and found this to be a good arrangement, but would also love to find another creative to live with (this is not essential though).

About the house: You will have a good sized bedroom with choice of furniture, plus access to downstairs bathroom with bath, open-plan fully equipped kitchen and dining room, plus lounge (with woodburner), utility room and spacious garden. We have a veg patch and greenhouse in which you're welcome to grow your own veggies!

My partner and I are sometimes away travelling during which time the only other person in the house is my Dad and our other lodger (plus our cat Thomas).
We've always loved accommodating people from all over the world in our home, we love meeting people from all different countries and backgrounds and really enjoy the social aspect of house sharing.

Gwithian beach is a 5 minute walk away, St Ives about 10-15 mins drive. Parking is available on the driveway, but please note our house is not really suitable for anyone without a car due to limited public transport in the area.

I have one room available as the other is currently occupied by a female tenant. £500pcm plus deposit (£400) upfront. Bills included, which includes access to super fast Starlink internet (200mbps+).
Female preferred; not suitable for full time WFH or couples. I can't take pets due to already having a cat.
