The room is bills-included, in a sociable shared house with 2 girls (1 will be leaving to go travelling at Christmas 😭). You would have access to a shared living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms and a garden with a shed. Parking is also available in the cul-de-sac - though I should mention it is not possible to charge an electric vehicle here.
I am looking for a clean, sociable and respectful professional adult.
Due to my job, tenants would need a current DBS certificate.
My housemate has a friendly Labrador (can be seen sitting very nicely in the photo of the dining room!) so no further pets will be considered. Sorry no couples.
