'The Cabin' is a beautiful, modern and stylish timber built property.
Full central heating (radiator in room), double bed with wardrobe and side desk. En-suite bathroom has power shower, toilet and sink with a private doorway to the outside decking area overlooking fields to the south.
Other doorway from the room leads into the shared, huge open plan kitchen and living/dining area (dinning table is a ping-pong table). Wood burner, TV and sound system. Access and use by negotiation to outdoor hot-tub.
Although I am a 'live-in' landlord, I am very often working and/or travelling away from home, so for extended periods of time you are likely to be the sole occupant (although my cat is always 'around' !). I'm looking to share my home with someone clean, tidy and respectful that I may wish to return at any time to the comfort of my home without having to ask for the place to be cleared up ! When here, I enjoy cooking, watching TV, working about my yard and holding and having friends and guests around to visit. I am sociable ! Council tax band A, no additional payment from you reqd
