Detached house with character, on a quite lane

Hi Im Dan im advertising a spacious double room with double bed and little sofa in if wanted , in a detached house i live here with my sweet natured staffy, i have ticked ensuit but it will be your own bathroom not connected to your bedroom, you will have your own lounge if wanted but happy to share the main one (your lounge and bedroom can be swapped over if wanted), use of a newly built utility, own driveway access to garage , suntrap patio, large garden ,greenhouse , fantastic neighbours , looking for somebody kind and would want them to feel at home, im about to have one wall in the bedroom plastered in the next week or so . A good gym a mile away half a mile from the A30 and Kingsley village, bus stop 100 yards away, Newquay 8 miles, 12/14 miles to Truro, padstow 13 miles .
