Caravan in a small self-sufficient community

We are building a self-sufficient community around our farmhouse and its 5 acre suroundings, incl garden, orchard, field and ancient forrest.

Water, electricity, wifi are all connected and included. The caravan has a double bed in a separate bedroom, kitchenette with all the cooking and eating implements, cooker/owen, fridge, bathroom with wash basin, toilet and a separate shower., and a sitting area. It sits in its own private garden. Ideal for dog owners.

You will also share the ground floor of the house, comprising a porch, a hall, large well equipped kitchen/dinner, office, toilet, sitting room, conservatory and a room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Outside shared areas include front garden, back garden, orchard, polytunnel, a3 acre field and an ancient forrest.
We are lucky to live in such a peaceful area, full of bird songs and lots of wild life.

Ideally, you will have an interest in the self sufficiency project. Currently we have chickens, sheep, orchard, section for raising pigs, polytunnel, and plan to also grow veg outside.

You can also rent an indoor working space/ room for any not-too-noisy business or interest you may have.
