Caravan in a small self-sufficient community

We are building a self-sufficient community around our farmhouse and its 5 acre suroundings, incl garden, orchard, field and ancient forrest.
The caravan includes a double bed, a kitchenette, a wet room and a sitting room.
Water and electricity are connected. Cooking and heating is on gas.
The caravan also has an awning.
You will also share the ground floor of the house, comprising a porch, a hall, kitche/dinner, office, toilet, sitting room, conservatory and a room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Ideally, you will also engage in the self sufficiency project
