Self contained annex available with off road parking and includes, washing machine, fridge and microwave/oven. Use of the garden and washing line. Will be available again from October. (Double room ,shared kitchen and bathroom. Now taken) We are in a central position with easy access to A30 and A38. Plenty of choice for takeaways within a short walk. Tesco supermarket 5mins drive.
There is a small friendly dog in the house.
Looking for a responsible person who is clean and tidy and respectful of my home. Would suit professional people working full time. No shift or night
workers, work references if possible.
The weekly rent is inclusive of all bills and internet.
