Double room available from the 1st May lots of storage in the room. Use of kitchen, fridge/freezer washing machine and cooking facilities.
We are in a central position with easy access to A30 and A38. Plenty of choice for takeaways within a short walk. Tesco supermarket 5mins drive.
There is a small friendly dog in the house.
Looking for a responsible person who is clean and tidy and respectful of my home. Would suit professional people working full time. No shift or night workers.
Occupancy reviewed after 2 months, length of stay negotiable.
Work references if possible.
The monthly rent is inclusive of all bills.
