Double room available

One Double and one single room available sharing a bathroom. Use of kitchen, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and air fryer. Use of the garden and washing line is available weather permitting. We are in a central position with easy access to A30/A38 Plenty of choice for takeaways within a short walk. Tesco supermarket 5mins drive.
There is a small friendly dog in the house.
Looking for a responsible person who is clean and tidy and respectful of others. Would suit professional people working day time, work references if possible. Unable to take shift or night workers as my dog is very alert and would wake the rest of the house.
The weekly rent is inclusive of all bills and internet.
Short stays are ok at additional cost for bedding/ laundry
