A bright and comfortable double room will be available in my first-floor flat from mid-September.

The flat is well located, close to the train station, hospital, and woodland walks with open fields nearby, and has a garden that you’re welcome to use.

The photos currently show a similar bedroom. The tenant is in the process of moving out, and I’ll upload updated pictures of the actual room on Monday. The room currently has a single bed, but this can be replaced with a double bed if preferred.

You’ll share a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and washing facilities.

The rent is £575 per month (all bills included) – covering gas, electric, water, council tax (band A), and internet.
