Double room with private en-suite | Parking | Large garden | Friendly shared home

We’re looking for a friendly, respectful and easy-going lodger to join our home in mid Cornwall.

We’re ideally looking for someone who enjoys having their own space and independence, but also likes the idea of living as part of a household… sharing some meals, having a chat over a cuppa or watching a film together, rather than simply renting a room and keeping completely separate.

🛏️ The room

The room is quiet and comfortable, with lovely views, and currently has:

* Small double bed
* Wardrobe
* Desk
* Private en-suite shower room

The room can also be provided unfurnished if you’d prefer to bring your own furniture.

There is allocated parking.

🏡 The house

You’ll have use of the downstairs communal areas and outdoor space, including our large garden.

We’re happy for someone with green fingers to make use of the garden and get involved with growing, gardening or simply enjoying the outdoor space.

We’re a relaxed household and would like the home to feel comfortable and welcoming for everyone.

🐈 Important: Cat people wanted!

We have two indoor cats, and they very much believe the house belongs to them 😂

So you’ll need to be comfortable living with cats… ideally someone who doesn’t mind a bit of cat supervision!

We’re not looking for a party house, but we welcome occasional visitors and also don’t want the atmosphere to feel like a hotel or house share where everyone disappears behind their bedroom door.
