Twin bed room PLUS own sitting room

A twin-bedded room available in beautiful character cottage plus own self-contained sitting room. The space is in the attic, and the cottage has several levels so you must be fit and able to navigate stairs and steps.

Shared bathroom (although landlady has en suite too which 'eases') and shared kitchen. Shared access to hillside garden with patio (garden starts at roof level)

Bills included (energy, WiFi, Council Tax) as long as lodger's stay doesn't hike the energy bill.

Mother and son landlords, we're friendly and open, and we're happy to share with a professional person who might be moving into the area and needs a 3 to 4-month place to stay while looking for something permanent. We have a large dog, very friendly, and will consider a well-behaved dog, but both dogs must get on well before acceptance.
