Sunny Garden cabin

Self contained purpose built cabin (tiny house) in a quiet rural location. 1 mile from main line to Plymouth/truro and A38.

The cabin contains a small kitchenette and bathroom. One bedroom/living room. Private location. We are happy to furnish the space more fully or happy for you to bring your own furniture etc. we can accommodate short term lets or more long term, if we are all happy with the conditions and arrangement.

This cabin would suit someone who likes a quiet lifestyle in the country. There is a lovely garden that you could get involved with, it would be wonderful to grow food here, and you can use our wild sauna as part of our lease. There is access to the river and meadows with this property. We would love to have someone living here who enjoys these things. But of course you don’t have to garden or sauna, you can just live here and enjoy the cabin!

There is no WiFi in the cabin. You will need to organise this yourself through your phone and at your own expense.
