Seeking house mate

Hi,

I’ve just moved in to this house for a long term let and seeking a like minded house mate to share with. The room will have a new double bed put in (currently not in photos) and has a private access to a little balcony.
The landlord is living abroad and is flexible on pets dependent to my discretion so do reach out if you have pets and we can talk it through.
I’m an outdoorsy environmentalists, love sea swimming, yoga and hiking, playing board games and going to gigs up the hill! Would love someone to live with who’d like to hang out as well as flat share, I’m very sociable, very organised and tidy and really easy to get along with. Love to cook and enjoy cosy night with a film! Thanks for showing interest!
