Large double room available in two bed house in Newlyn. The house is fully furnished and has a living room, dining room, separate kitchen utility room and patio. A little seaview over Newlyn Harbour and Mounts Bay from the kitchen.
I’m looking for someone who wants to live here for at least 6 months, but ideally longer. I’m pretty active and love spending time outdoors, cooking and the pub. Looking for a housemate who wants to cook together from time to time, live somewhere homely and will look after the place which I have recently furnished.
The double room available is currently my spare room and office, I am flexible on if you’d like to bring your own furniture (however also willing to provide bed etc). It’s the master bedroom so there is room for a bed and small sofa/desk if you needed it.
The property is a short walk from all of Newlyn’s amenities, a 5 minute walk to the sea, coffee, local sauna, shops and art gallery.
