This is not a party house. Suited to clean and tidy, environmentally aware working persons (not solely working from home) Also economical with utilities.
Harmony in the house is most important.

I work away from home and come back for 1 or 2 days every month at most, so it will mostly be yourself and the other tenant(s) at the house. I am always available if needed if problems arise.

I like the tenants to make it their own home so you are welcome to put any posters or pictures in your room providing you make good by filling any holes and paint afterwards.

There is a storage room up stairs (used to be a bedroom) with a third allocated to each tenant, with ample shelving and space.

The kitchen has a 7 ring gas range with 2 ovens, large washing machine, double sink, fridge freezer, many cupboards, extendable dining table, Velux windows, and doors leading to the private back garden terraced area.

The bathroom has an electric sports shower and a lovely view of the estuary. There is a second toilet down stairs.
