Self contained studio annex near Newquay Harbour

We have our cosy self contained studio annex available over the winter period, so we’re looking for a lodger from 1st Nov until 1st May for 6 months. We're in a great location near Newquay Harbour and the bay, Fore Street coffee shops and the Red Lion, and a walk through the golf course to Fistral.

The annex has a comfortable double ottoman bed, with storage beneath, a well equipped kitchen with hob, microwave and fridge (but no oven).

A small shower room with shower, toilet and sink. Large bifold doors let the light in and open out onto a small patio. There is an undercover store for surfboards, rinsing off after surfing and drying wetsuits/towels. There is not a washing machine but a launderette is a few mins walk.

Access to the studio is via a secure gate off a quiet lane and is fully self contained and. separate from the main house. Parking is free on the main road and in the local Belmont car park at this time of year.

We are a family of 4 who live in the main house with our 2 cats (who are regular visitors) and our cute dog. We also have a second studio adjacent which is also available for Winter period.
