Self contained studio annex near Newquay Harbour

We have our cosy studio annex available over the winter period (possibility to extend longer) for a lodger. We're in a great location near Newquay Harbour and the bay, Fore Street coffee shops and the Red Lion, and a walk through the golf course to Fistral.

The annex has a comfortable double bed, with storage beneath, a well equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, air fryer and fridge (no oven).

A small shower room with shower, toilet and sink. Large bifold doors let the light in and open out onto a small patio. There is an undercover store for surfboards, rinsing off after surfing and drying wetsuits/towels. There is not a washing machine but a launderette is a few mins walk.

Access to the studio is via a secure gate off a quiet lane separate from the main house. There is a parking space for use.

We are a family of 4 who live in the main house with our 2 cats (who are regular visitors) and our cute dog.
