The kitchen area is fully fitted with, fan oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and coffee machine. The dining table can be extended for room for all the family or closed down to leave more living space.

The master bedroom comes with a double bed, balcony access, smart TV and black out blinds to ensure the best nights sleep. The master also has its very own en-suite with shower.

Bedroom 2 has x2 single beds and access to the main balcony . This room is also equipped with black out blinds and smart TV.

The family bathroom offers bath and shower, with fantastic water pressure that we all love! The store cupboard houses a washing machine.

The apartment comes with a free parking space in the secure underground car park. Guest are given a fob for the electric door to come and go with ease. There is also a locked storage room for surfboards, push bikes, prams ect. (please note all items are left at owners risk). A quick walk around to the back of the building you will find an outdoor surf shower.
