I have a spacious double room available with an en-suite toilet and shower. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, two built-in wardrobes, and a desk. The accommodation is in a detached 3-bedroom property where all rooms are rarely occupied. The house features a large lounge, a rear garden, patio, and a spacious rear garage perfect for storing bikes and surfboards.
It's a 15-minute walk from Porth Beach and the coast path, a 7-minute drive or a 10-minute cycle to Newquay, and only 11 minutes from the A30. A bus stop is right outside, and a Coop/post office is within a 9/7 minute walk.
TENANT
I am renting out the room as I am relocating. The second bedroom is occupied by a medical professional, and the third serves as a spare for my short return visits. I am seeking a single tenant who is clean, tidy, and respectful of the home. Due to the nature of the other tenant's shift work, I kindly request consideration regarding noise levels and no home parties.
As there is a visiting dog throughout the year, unfortunately, I cannot accept any other pets into the home. A parking space is available at the rear.
The minimum lease term is 4 months, but I would prefer a longer commitment. A one-month deposit and references are required. Council Tax Band D. The room will be available Oct/Nov, and I can be flexible with move-in dates.
Ideally, I am looking for a female tenant, The room is available for viewing anytime this month. Please feel free to get in touch with any questions and I will get back to you ASAP.
