Hi there! My lodger, 3 cats and I are looking for someone to join us in our friendly home. We're an all-female household and are looking for a clean and tidy person who has previous experience of renting with others or has had their own place. References may be required.

I work from my office at home so am here quite a lot. It's a pretty quiet, family estate with a small park just opposite.

We're just over the road from Morrisons, Lidl, McD's and Treloggan with lots of bus links to Truro/ Newquay/ St Austell etc. We're also well-positioned for easy access to A3075 for Truro and A392 for Quintrell Downs/ St Austell and A30.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and plenty of storage. Rural/ farm views from the front of the house (and this bedroom). There's room for a desk if needed. *will consider someone who PART-TIME WFH however, rent may need to be reviewed to cover additional use of utilities as a workplace.

You'd be sharing the bathroom with 1 other lodger and the kitchen/ dining room and living room are shared with the whole household. We have fibre Internet, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer and all the usual kitchen appliances.

There's space in the garage for a bike/ surfboard and if you drive, parking is on-street.
