The house would suit working professionals looking for a clean, comfortable and friendly home. If you’re fun, respectful and friendly, love to socialise but also enjoy your own space, this could be the house for you.

It’s a bright, welcoming home with good vibes and a relaxed atmosphere. The neighbourhood is full of friendly characters, while the street itself is quiet and peaceful.

We’re also currently working on making the garden more vibrant, creating a nice outdoor space to relax, socialise and enjoy when the weather is good.

The first room is a comfortable single bedroom with plenty of natural light. It comes furnished with a single bed, a large wardrobe with drawers and a bedside table, providing good storage while leaving a decent amount of floor space.

It’s a simple, comfortable room that would make a great private space to relax after work. Can make changes if required.

The second room is a large, spacious double bedroom with plenty of room for a double bed and additional furniture. The room has built-in storage, a bedside table and a large open area, making it feel bright and roomy. Can make changes if required.

There is also a mezzanine-style storage area above the room, providing additional space.

The house has a big, spacious living room with plenty of space for everyone to relax. It has a comfortable sofa, dining table and chairs, storage units and plenty of natural light from the large windows.

🐶 We also have a lovely dog called Bambi. She lives mainly in the annex with an older couple and spends the majority of her time there, although she does sometimes pop into the living room. She’s a really friendly and gentle dog, so you’ll likely see her around from time to time.
