Theres no access to washing machine but there's a launderette just a short walk away.

Would suit polite person who Is looking for quiet, secure, clean home with all the advantages of being in town and close to the beaches.

Suitable for seasonal workers.

Females preferred.

No pets due to resident cat, no couples, no overnight guests and this a non-smoking/vaping premises.

I follow a largely animal based diet so vegans/vegetarians need to consider that.
