We have a fully furnished large double room in our friendly sheared, freshly Renovated house/home in a quiet part of Newquay. Within 2 minutes walk of Sainsbury's and 10 minutes walk of both Fistral and the bay beaches. All bills included, unlimited wi-fi and all amenities included with full use of the house. Separate bathroom and shower with second separate toilet, a large shared lounge and kitchen where you would have your own cupboard and plenty of work space for everyone in the house. Everyone has their own shelf in the fridge and draw in the freezer as well as having full use of the garden which is a bit of a sun trap, so perfect for those summer days with the built in bbq and sun deck :) with separate board shed and hot walk-in outdoor shower (perfect for when you get back from a surf) Working only please and ideally long term and look for a female to move it to keep the house balanced, Thanks
