Single room in 3 bed cottage with all bills & WiFi included.
Plenty of study space with the desk & chair, hanging storage, wall unit, door hooks shelves and under bed baskets.
Shower & loo are next to your room but it’s shared.
Clean and happy home - non smokers only please - this is a very firm boundary as I’m allergic. (This includes any and all smoking - even if you do it off property- it’s a no).
Lovely peaceful cottage with single mum and son. One very well behaved dog (he’s not allowed upstairs) and one aloof but gorgeous cat.
You will have your own parking space. Room in the fridge, large oven and kitchen storage.
We love to watch movies and play board games and you’re welcome to take the dog out on walks if you like.
Easy going family but appreciate cleanliness, thought, care and good communication is essential.
I work from home, mostly in the evenings if you can be considerate of that I appreciate it.
Students welcome. 3 months minimum stay.
About a 5 min drive from Tremough uni but there’s also a bus stop around the corner.
