Double room in Penryn

A large double room in a recently renovated home, offered to the right person at a reduced rate in exchange for some company and walks for our friendly Labrador.
The house has been recently renovated (with a few finishing touches still ongoing). It has a large garden, which you’re welcome to use, as well as outdoor storage for a bike. The arrangement would probably suit someone who values their own space, is respectful and treats a shared home with the same care they would their own. I work in London and am usually in Cornwall every other weekend or so. You would be sharing the house with one other female lodger. If you have any questions happy to answer.
