Two Bedrooms-Newly Refurbished House-Penlee Park

I have two middle-floor bedrooms available in my home in Penzance, ideally suited to two mature, professional and respectful lodgers looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to live.

The house is exceptionally well located, in a quiet cul-de-sac less than a minute’s walk from Penlee Park and around five minutes’ walk from the town centre and the promenade and beaches. There is unrestricted on-street parking available immediately outside and in the surrounding streets, with no parking permits required.

The two bedrooms are on the middle floor and share the use of a large bathroom. Downstairs, there is a spacious newly built kitchen extension, with an adjoining breakfast room and utility room, as well as a separate downstairs toilet. Lodgers will also have shared use of the sitting room, providing a comfortable communal space to relax.

I travel for significant periods, so I am looking for people I can trust to look after the house and treat it as their own home whilst away. I am therefore particularly keen to find two people who are mature, considerate and take pride in keeping their surroundings clean and tidy. My partner stays some nights during the week, and the household will therefore vary from time to time. There is currently a very elderly dog living here, although sadly she may no longer be with us by the time the rooms are occupied.

Currently a very old dog lives here but she may not be around when you move in. My partner does stay on some nights during the week and similarly I am not always in Penzance.

This is a quiet, non-party house, and it would suit people who appreciate a relaxed and respectful home environment. I am looking for two professional people who are clean and tidy, considerate of others, respectful of the property, and mindful of everyone's need for privacy and personal space.
