A comfortable double room is available in a cosy terraced cottage in a fantastic location close to the heart of Penzance. The high street, independent shops, cafes and seafront are all within easy walking distance.

The room is a bright first floor double bedroom at the back of the house, and overlooks the rear garden/small yard area. The room is fresh, bright and fully finished. Rent is £550 p/m, and bills are included, subject to fair use terms.

The whole of the ground floor is communal with a combined lounge and dining room, with a separate kitchen. There is a lovely little garden and outside seating area. There is a large shared communal bathroom, which includes a bath with a shower overhead.

About me: You’ll be sharing with a female professional. I work either in the office (in Truro) or from home, and therefore it would be difficult to accommodate another home worker. I'm quite tidy, kind and enjoy the house being a sanctuary! I spend a lot of time outdoors be it walking, running, climbing or swimming.

About you: I'm looking for someone friendly, respectful and tidy who can enjoy a natter or occasional glass of wine together.

I'd be looking to start on a three month basis, with an option to extend on a monthly rolling basis.
