Double room in a newly decorated first-floor flat in the centre of Perranporth, just a short walk to the beach, recreational spaces and close to the bus route. The flat is in a quiet block and has a relaxed, homely feel.
The double room comes furnished with wardrobe and drawers. A new mattress will be provided (or you’re welcome to bring your own), and the bed frame can be removed if preferred.
You’ll have access to:
- Shared bathroom (shower over bath)
- Shared kitchen with new appliances
- Lounge/diner with corner sofa (ideal for film nights)
- Small balcony overlooking the boating lake
- Shared outdoor space/garden
- Good storage with attic access
- Off-road parking
Rent is £750 per month including council tax, water, electric, broadband (within reasonable use). Deposit £850. Rent due on the 1st of each month.
I’m the lead tenant and work from home most days (separate office space). I’m looking for a professional (no students), ideally aged 25–45. Female preferred but flexible for the right person.
This isn’t a ‘party’ house. I enjoy the occasional night in with wine and good food, pub trip or festival now and then, but generally it’s calm, respectful and tidy. I’d love a friendly housemate who’s open to a chat and the odd shared evening, rather than ships passing in the night. Clean, considerate and grown-up is key.
