Small room available with high ceiling. Great far reaching countryside view, Comfy double bed. Big TV. Big chest of drawers. Bring your own bedding! Egyptian cotton Bottom sheet supplied & 4 pillows feather & foam supplied.

👩🏻‍🦳 I’m a live in land lady 👋🏻 .
I’m easy going, friendly, kind & thoughtful, quiet & tidy. I paint everyday from home & used to be an Art teacher to kids. I’m spiritual / open minded but not religious.

This is not a party house as such, but chilled, comfortable, quiet & relaxed, arty. Informal & comfortable.

away.

there’s a great Pub with garden/great food,
Also a great Post Office & Shop, it sells everything!

Takeaway food will deliver & is accessible from Just Eat & other recommended places. Asda, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Waitrose & Tescos all deliver to the cottage,

The Large garden, has two grassed areas, a large sunny decking area, a Leat runs through it ! & its south facing. All for sole use! There’s a new bench out side of the front door. Which is full sun as South facing !

The Shared Bathroom (bath & good overhead shower) & fully equipped kitchen.
Far reaching views fm the kitchen.

Outside there’s an under cover area for bike/ surf boards.
Wet suits have been known to hang in the bathroom.

💴 Rent/ Deposit
A £0 deposit will hold the room.
The rent of £175 to be payable on day of moving in. No Deposit to return on 1st September.
