The room is a decent size, with a high ceiling, it’s sunny & south facing with a comfy single bed, a pine Desk ( with 9 drawers), a large Chest of Drawers (wth 3 Deep drawers & 2 smaller ones), a comfy arm chair, a large wool Rug, & a long pine mirror. Lots of space under the tall bed too.

There’s an Inside lock on the door for your privacy.

I’m a live in land lady. I’m easy going, friendly, kind & thoughtful, quiet & tidy. I paint everyday from home & used to be an Art teacher to kids.

This is not a party house but chilled comfortable & relaxed.

Free street Parking.
Buses are U1 & U2 & are 3 mins walk away.

No pets at property & no pets allowed, so sorry, but I doo love animals!

there’s a great Village Pub with garden/great food,
a Post Office & shop, it sells everything!
Locally made Treen beer is delicious too & is sold in the local pub & shop. It’s actually brewed in the village!

Takeaway food will deliver & is accessible from Just Eat & other recommended places. Asda, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Waitrose & Tescos all deliver to the cottage,

My Large garden, has two grassy areas, a Leat running through it ! and a large sunny decking area, all south facing.

The Shared Bathroom (bath & good overhead shower) & kitchen. From the kitchen there’s is a lovely panoramic view of the hills & woods beyond.

Kettle, (& one in your room )
Iron (& one in your room )
Toaster.
Bedding is available if needed

For your use in the home,
Shared large fridge freezer
2 deep freeze drawers.
2 big fridge shelves,
Plus
2 big, deep larder shelves
1 bathroom cabinet shelf.
Space under the single bed.
Also there’s an under cover area for bike/ surf boards. Shed space too for a few bits. Wet suits have been known to hang in the bathroom.

A £200 deposit will hold the room & ad taken down. The remainder £380 + £580 for deposit & first month rent to be payable on day of moving in.
Cash or bank transfer accepted.

Deposit will be kept in a separate, secure account, easily released and given back the same day as you move out, after your room is cleaned hoovered and approved & left as you found it & hse key returned.

Last month’s rent will not be accepted, using the deposit.

References required please:- character & a work reference.
