Vegetarian house share with garden

Lovely, well maintained house with good shared space and good sized double rooms. In easy reach of Porth Beach, local shops, Newquay Orchard and College. 6 month initial contract to extend if everyone is happy! The rooms have little vanity units, hanging space and storage cubes/ wardrobe. BT super fast broadband.
I’d like a nice easy atmosphere and pleasant buzz but absolute respect for each other’s routines around work etc.
The vegetarian thing is important …I prefer my cooker and fridge in particular to be animal product free!
There's a lovely garden and would welcome a gardener with open arms! There is one parking space free, plenty of parking is available on the road.
