Lovely, well maintained house with comfy shared space and spacious double rooms. In easy reach of Porth Beach, local shops, Newquay Orchard and College. The rooms have little vanity units, hanging space and storage cubes/ wardrobe. BT superfast broadband and all bills included. Washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen..
I’d like a nice easy atmosphere and pleasant buzz but absolute respect for each other’s routines around work etc.
There's a lovely garden and I would welcome a gardener with open arms! There is one parking space free and plenty of parking is available on the road.
References required will be previous landlord, employment, character references. Vegans/ vegetarians preferred!
