Double Room Porth Newquay Furnished NR beach

Double room available in a fully furnished house, a 10 minute walk from Porth Beach. The excitement of central Newquay is right on the doorstep in a 3 min car ride or 10 min cycle, whilst we are out of the way of the tourist madness in the summer.

Looking for a friendly, tidy person who has a job and is looking for a place to call home. Ideally someone who loves the sea and enjoys the odd house dinners/bbqs. Sharing with two other housemates who both love surfing.


The house is a non-smoking 3-bed place with an open-plan lounge/kitchen, shared bathroom and a lovely sunny garden with a decking area and sea view.

The house isn't ideal for full-time work-from-home, but the odd day is negotiable.

It's on a lovely, residential street with a community vibe. There is parking for one car on the front drive, shared between housemates, plus plenty of street parking right by the house.

Rent is £600 inc. bills

Room is available furnished, but furniture can be negotiated.
