We are offering a clean, fresh, private set of rooms in a quiet neighborhood with their own entrance, small private courtyard and parking for a small/med car, all with bills included.

The rooms are part of a family home in a quiet residential area of Quintrell Downs.

Occupation from mid October, (current lodger leaves end Sept and we will refresh)

We are looking for a single person (we cannot accept couples) who is in full time employment.

There is a living area with a kitchenette. There is a 2 ring hob and a combination microwave/oven, fridge with ice box (but no freezer) dining table, desk, TV and a comfortable sofa.

Shared laundry room in main house.

The bedroom offers a double bed with storage underneath, clothes rail and a chest of drawers. The compact en suite has a shower, WC and sink.

The rooms are modern, light and airy with large windows and laminate floor throughout, they are offered on the rent-a-room scheme as part of the family home via a door that can be locked on both sides, allowing you to have privacy and security for the duration of your stay whilst accessing shared spaces.

All bills, including council tax, electricity, water and Starlink wifi, are included as part of the household

The house has an eco set up with solar panels, battery and ASHP

It would be expected that the rooms were well cared for but cleaning can be arranged at additional cost.

There is parking for one car/motorcycle and the courtyard area allows for bikes, boards, etc

Whilst we are a pet friendly home, the rental space is not suitable for animals as it doesn't have an appropriate outside space.

The space is suitable for non smokers (non vapers) only, no incense or candles please.

As a family we have pets, including dogs, so you may occasionally hear us but we are generally a quiet household in a quiet area and tend to keep early hours.

Our lodgers generally stay for a couple of years and we hope to find someone similar, looking for a safe, quiet space to make their own for another long term rental. All applicants will be subject to full background checks, and will need to provide references and evidence of funds prior to signing a comprehensive lodging agreement.
