It has a great valley view and there is private parking with attached small garden/ decked area. Water and gas is included in the rent. electric is on a meter and can be topped up online. Internet is also included in the rent . We have a smallholding and grow organic veg, keep goats and chickens. A small allotment area could be available if interested. The address is half a mile down a bumpy track but cars can manage if you drive slow . This is a very peaceful and quiet location and would suit someone looking for a bit of a bolt hole, such as a PhD student or artist, or for someone who works from home. Falmouth is less than 20min drive away. It would also suit someone interested in organic gardening and there is an opportunity to get involved in the land if interested.
