1 bed Annex in rural setting

We are looking for a temporary lodger in our annex which is attached to our farm house. The annex is a 1 bedroom single story cottage with separate living room with wood-burner, en-suite bathroom and kitchen. It has a great valley view and there is private parking with attached small garden/ decked area. Water is included in the rent and comes from our own borehole. Gas for the kitchen hob is also included in the rent. electric is on a meter and can be topped up online. Internet is also included in the rent but isn't superfast. We have a smallholding and grow veg, keep goats and chickens. The address is half a mile down a bumpy track but cars can manage if you drive slow . There is a bus stop to Penzance via Helston or Falmouth via Penryn at the end of the lane. It would suit someone who is independent and looking for a bit of a bolt hole, such as a phd student or an author or someone who just needs a bit of time out. It would also suit someone interested in organic gardening. We have dogs and free ranging chickens so sorry no pets. included in the annex is a shower, washing machine, large fridge freezer and well kited kitchen. Council tax band A
