Room for rent! Ideal for for anyone on a temporary or freelance contract, in transit between properties, working locally in a theatre, residencies for eg, or mature students studying locally.

It is a creative, calm household, with a garden and a conservatory at the rear with full sun in the summer months. The bedroom is a smaller double room with great morning light, cupboard, desk and chair, double bed, mattress & topper, curtains and is situated at the front of the house. Opposite a high walled garden. Shared kitchen with your own fridge shelves and freezer draws and cupboard space.

It’s a tidy, clean house and welcoming to friends, family and their dogs. My partner is present on and off throughout the week, and I do have well behaved dogs and friends stay occasionally also. I work my from home studio away from the house, so it's a quiet house with a radio, or playlist on when not in the studio.

I month - 3 months max. Would consider longer lets if generally Mon - Fri and you work away from the house.

The whole house excluding my bedroom and the home phone, is accessible to you, storing all possessions in your room.

There are 3 bedrooms inc. a guest bedroom at the back of the house for occasional guests. Two toilets, one with a shower and the other with a bath. A shared kitchen, living room, dining room, conservatory and garden. The parking is on road residential parking on Fords Row and the car park opposite is free after 4pm.

The area is generally very quiet, even though I am in the centre of town. 2 mins walk to the shops and the car parks. It is a terraced house and being an old house you can hear the neighbours on occasion.

Redruth is almost equidistant to both coasts and I live 5 mins walk from the railway station and main bus stops to Penzance, London, Falmouth, Truro and St Agnes.

Redruth is a hub for creative professionals, with a health food shop, vegan cafes, art spaces and galleries, live music venues, charity shops galore, a great cinema, a veg shop, bank etc along with the shops for all the essentials, inc Jim’s DIY that sells everything you need for the home, art materials and fancy dress!
