Cosy Miners Cottage

Hello

I have a small double room available in a chilled cosy cottage in the heart of Redruth very close to town and local train station.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and some shelving, I can supply storage such as a wardrobe or chest of draws for your clothes

I work full time so will spend most of the day at work, looking for someone similar or who occasionally works from home. I would suggest we start with an initial 6months if things work out I would be happy to extend.

I don't own a TV and spend time reading and listening to music, you would need to be ok with this

There is a garage where things can be stored

I'm looking for someone with similar interests, to enjoy the occasional meal or after work chat, to respect each others space and enjoy living with each other, if you spend all of your time in your room this house is probably not for you.

Redruth is a great town to live in with some real hidden gems, all of the neighbours are very friendly and I have a good relationship with them.

I look forward to hearing from you
