We have TWO rooms available for rent in a friendly house-share in St Austell.

The house is a 5-minute walk to the town centre and 10 minutes to the railway and main bus station.

The rooms are fully furnished with comfy double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk space. Fibre broadband is included.

The kitchen is newly fitted with hob, oven, microwave and plenty of storage space.

One of the available rooms share a new bathroom with bath and large over-bath shower. This is shared between three of the rooms.

The other available room comes with an ensuite sower room.

You will have full use of the kitchen and communal dining room.

The house is fully central heated and there is the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer included in the weekly price.

Communal ares all professionally cleaned weekly.

Parking is available on adjacent street although not directly allocated to the property.
