Spacious rooms in Victorian house

I have a spacious double room available in a Victorian house situated in a quiet and secluded part of St Austell within walking distance to the town centre, railway station and Clay Trail. The household will share a kitchen, utility room, downstairs toilet, shower room, bathroom and separate toilet. There is a large lounge for you to share with the other lodger (male working for the NHS) which is separate to mine. There is a very large back garden and patio area and parking on the road/drive. The lodger that is leaving filled the room with her own bed, furniture and lights and will be taking them when she leaves near the end of October. I will replace her furniture with a bed, wardrobe etc. when she has vacated the room.
I am a friendly and relaxed retired 65 year old lady and have a friendly and calm 6yr old Cavapoo. I am looking for another friendly, respectful, clean and tidy housemate to share a quiet, calm and peaceful household.
