Outdoor patio onto south facing garden and plenty of parking or electric car charging.

Ideally want a good balance to the household. So full time working and not an over use of working from home. I work away 2/3 days a week so gives space.

I’m clean tidy and happy to be about for a coffee but also busy lifestyle so plenty of space.

Room cost reflects current cost of running the place. A really smart a peaceful place to live.

22 mins to Truro
