Recently renovated 3 bed detached house.

Open plan kitchen / dining / lounge with all modern appliances and really nice place to cook/eat.

All three rooms are doubles, I will be using one for now. But bathrooms are new, fantastic showers and freshly tiled.

Outdoor patio onto south facing garden and plenty of parking or electric car charging.

Ideally want a good balance to the household. So full time working and not an over use of working from home where possible.

Initially I’ll let one room, I work a lot so not always here but when I am, I’m clean tidy and happy to be about for a coffee but also busy lifestyle so plenty of space.

Room cost reflects current cost of running the place. A really smart a peaceful place to live.

22 mins to Truro
