Spareroom in Bright Spacious Flat

I have a spare room available in my flat, very close to town and all amenities. It's in a great location, 5 mins from the train station and from Porthminster beach. Im an artist and the current tenant. I was originally renting the property for myself as I was using the spare bedroom to store my artwork, however Im now looking to get an art studio in town :)

Im open to different scenarios, short term/long term or if someone just needs the space for the weekdays. The room is unfurnished so you can decorate how you like. Rent includes all bills.

I am open however I would prefer a female housemate
