Double room in Spacious 3 Bedroom Flat

I am renting a double room in my 3 bedroom flat in the centre of St Columb Major. I currently live in the flat alone, but I travel frequently for work so the flat is often empty. I am a 36 year old female - I am often out surfing, hiking or taking trips in my campervan. I work from home.

The property is located in the centre of St Columb Major, a short walk from the Co-Op,

The room is furnished with a double bed and drawers.

Shared Space
The apartment has one bathroom, a living room and kitchen. There is also a third bedroom which I use as my office.

Parking
There is one parking space for the property, which I use when I am home. When I am away, the parking space would be available for the tenant to use. There is a lot of street parking available nearby.

Tenancy
I am looking for someone to move in ASAP and to ideally stay for the winter (until at least April) - although I would be open to shorter term let. There may also be the possibility to extend into summer.
