Quiet home & village - Bodmin/Wadebridge

Note: I’m away for a few days but happy to talk in advance of a viewing when I return.

Ten minutes from the A30 and 3 minutes from the a39.

I'm looking for a tidy room mate to share my (adult only) four bed peaceful house (3-bedrooms used, 3 residents including myself maximum).
We have two bathrooms with showers. You will have access to the lounge, and the kitchen with usual facilities inc. oven/hob, microwave, fridge & dishwasher. We also have two washing machines of which one is also a tumble dryer. Central heating in all rooms.

High speed fibre broadband / wifi is available. All domestic bills included.

Secluded rear courtyard.
Parking on drive (if not already taken), on the quiet road opposite or behind village hall opposite.

Village hall, village store and post office is opposite with a few clubs (inc yoga and ukulele) each month. Church and pub just around the corner. Popular cafes are just a few minutes away. The village is surrounded by fields with footpaths.

The village has an active community you can make new friends within. To travel to and from the village you can use the small bus service or if you need more frequent travel for work, better by car/taxi.

10-15 minutes from Bodmin and 10 minutes from Wadebridge, 30 minutes to Newquay & Padstow, 40-45 to Truro, 30 minutes to St Austell.

20 minutes to the coast at the north side of the camel estuary; Rock, Polzeath and Port Isaac.

My offer to you: I provide a peaceful sanctuary for mature adults, non-smokers/no pets where your privacy and sleep times are respected in a quiet house and location.

People are given their privacy as the primary objective; ie a place to come home to after work to wind down in a peaceful environment.

If you are looking for somewhere to meet people and build a social life around the home, this isn’t the place for you.

You may not see someone else for a few days as we come and go.

We chat and have a laugh or two when we meet in the kitchen but other times people who stay at Kesseny want their own time to switch off and wind down in peace.

Previous tenants were very happy here and didn’t want to leave when their circumstances changed. Previous tenants included a care worker as well as a therapist who played acoustic guitar peacefully.

The rooms are offered 7 days/week and I’d be happy with someone who needs to work from home occasionally. Working longer at home possible.
