Single/double room in quiet beauty spot

I have a single room available in my house. Currently it has a single bed although I think a double would fit if this was a problem.
The room has a south facing window and it’s very quiet peaceful location with easy parking. 5 mins drive to the beach or a 30 min walk through the valley.
There is a shared open plan kitchen living area and a shower and toilet room.
There is no phone line but wi fi is through a dongle which is generally good.
I have 6 chickens in the top of the garden that roam sometimes
It would suit someone who likes a peacefull quiet location
Looking for working, respectful, tenant only
I live an active busy life and sometimes have go away so really looking for someone I can trust
