Description
Sticker is a small village surrounded by countryside it is 3 miles from St Austell and 10 miles from Truro. The nearest beach is 3 miles away. The village has a pub a shop a post office and good bus links.
The house is a four bed and has recently be refurbished to a high standard with a lovely south facing garden.
There is presently one lodger in his 40's who the new lodger would share a bathroom with, he works full time and is out of the house by 7:30am till after 6pm, 7 days a week. You would hardly ever notice he was there.
I keep an ensuite room upstairs for myself, presently I'm away for 4 or 5 weeks at a time then back for 1 week. I'm very easy going and when home am generally either in the kitchen or workshop, I drink and smoke. Any new lodger will basically have the run of the house.
Everything is provided its a lovely relaxing place to live.
Features: Plenty of parking. Security lighting and cameras. Porch for shoes and coats, Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, Lounge with 75" TV, 10 speaker Dolby Atmos, Electric Cinema Reclining Seating. Large Kitchen with twin ovens, all top end appliances, air fryer, filtered water tap, popcorn maker, Dual zone wine fridge, 2 further fridges, coffee machine. Diner style leather booth. Bar tap. Utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and chest freezers Well established garden with decking and seating, outdoor kitchen/barbecue area with Argentinian grill and fire pit. Outdoor full size pool and air hockey table.
The local shop is open till 10pm 7 days a week and is a 3 minute walk as is the pub.
Respectful, clean and tidy people only. I have been renting rooms for 15+ years with all tenants loving it here moving on only when leaving the area or getting married or buying there own house. The new tenant must be a dog lover as I have a 5 year old Vizla. The room available has just been redecorated with a new bed all solid oak furniture loads of storage and bedding etc. TV provided with full TV/film/box set package. The room is available now but I'm not back in Cornwall until mid October.
